Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed slightly. We will notify you in case of significant delays.


Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times:

Within India: 4–8 business days
Remote areas: 7–12 business days

Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, festivals, or unexpected circumstances beyond our control.


Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

We may offer free shipping on selected products or during promotional offers.


Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email or SMS so you can track your package in real time.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing an order.
The Hindu Company is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to wrong address, re-shipping charges will apply.


Delayed or Lost Packages

We are not liable for delays caused by courier companies. However, we will help you track and resolve the issue.

If your package is marked delivered but not received, please contact us within 48 hours.


Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please record an unboxing video and contact us within 48 hours at

Without video proof, damage claims may not be accepted.

Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
