RETURN & REFUND POLICY – The Hindu Company

At The Hindu Company, we maintain a strict no-return policy.

Returns

We do not accept returns unless the product is damaged or defective at the time of delivery.

To request a return for a damaged item, you must provide:
• A continuous unboxing video starting from sealed package opening
• Clear proof of damage inside the same video
• Request submitted within 48 hours of delivery

If these conditions are not met, the return request will be automatically rejected.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
• Wrong size ordered
• Change of mind
• Sale items
• Gift cards
• Custom or personalized products
• Used, worn, or washed items


Damage Claims Process

  1. Email us within 48 hours of receiving the package

  2. Attach unboxing video + photos

  3. If approved, we will either:

    • Send replacement, or

    • Issue store credit

Refunds are only issued if replacement is not possible.


Important Notes

• Packages without unboxing video proof will not be accepted.
• Items sent back without approval will be refused.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
